SULAIR Connection Problems
Since you are apparently using a computer outside the Stanford network, you need to connect
to restricted resources through
Stanford's authenticated
proxy server.
If you are allowed access, but have problems setting up your browser for proxying,
please
look first at the proxy
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) list. To report problems
not already on the list, please send this form, which
automatically provides some information about your computer.
If the test succeeds
and you are still unable to connect to a particular database or journal,
please provide all relevant information
in the boxes below:
- Describe the problem using the
Comments box. If you see an error
message, please copy and paste it into the Comments
box.
- Please make sure to enter the journal or database
name, in the Jnl/Database
Name box, and the URL you see when the problem
happens, in the Problem URL box. It's best
to open a new browser window, connect to the problem
site, and copy and paste the URL that appears in the
box labeled “Address,” or “Netsite,”
or “Location” near the top of the browser
screen.
