As you may have seen in the Stanford Report, Parking & Transportation Services has announced a new virtual parking permit system at Stanford. This new system is being phased in this summer. Here is the article, Virtual parking permit system coming to campus, in case you haven't seen it.

Our colleagues in the transportation office know that you may have questions and may need to work with them to address needs that are distinct and specific to your department or operations. They are ready to address your questions and ensure you have the support you need for a smooth transition.

You might find it helpful to view their two-minute video on their resources page for an overview of what is happening: Stanford moves to virtual parking: Questions and Answers.

After you see the Stanford Report article and the information on the P&TS website, please feel free to contact Parking & Transportation Services for assistance. They can help you in English and Spanish and can assist you with the new system in person, if needed, once it launches on Monday, June 25. They also plan to provide special support and a transition period for department permits.

Thank you for your patience as Stanford navigates this change.
