RLCP Borrowing Request Forms
Faculty, academic or professional staff, and currently registered graduate students at UC Berkeley,
Stanford University, and UT Austin are eligible to obtain materials that are needed to support
teaching, learning, research, and other University-related work through RLCP.
Undergraduate students and visiting scholars are not eligible for RLCP privileges.
Please fill in the Personal Information section and then
use the buttons below to complete a Book Request Form or
Photocopy Request Form for each item you need. After you complete
each form, you will have a chance to complete a new form.
The personal information you provide here will be included on
each form you submit.
To preserve your
privacy you should exit from the Web browser when you have
completed all of your requests.
