TDNet TDNet is an online database of E-journals (Electronic Journals) available to the Stanford Community. Full text articles are available online for selected issues of approximately 95 arts, architecture, and culture journals such as Afterimage, Art in America, Artforum International, the Design Quarterly, Grey Room, Journal of the Society of Architectural Historians, Leonardo, October, Performing Arts Journal, Third Text, Winterthur Portfolio, and more.
American Art The Journal of the Smithsonian American Art Museum.  Features a mix of commentary, research articles, tributes to individual artists, and analyses of single works of art in public collections.  Also includes a comprehensive index of content from all previous issues.  Covers images and text from 1997 to the present.
a-r-c / Journal of Art Research and Critical Curating The Art Research Programme, which publishes A-R-C, is a laboratory for the generation, development and testing of new ideas in the broad area of visual culture. It is a forum to showcase "art research-orientated projects and artworks that examine and challenge artistic and ideological paradigms." Extremely multidisciplinary—involving the work of artists, curators, writers, architects, etc., this online journal is international in scope, and attempts to publish the work of lesser-known writers.
Art a GoGo A site providing information and news about art and the art world including current art events, reviews, and interviews with artists, art historians, docents, dealers, and other art players.                           
ARTCULT A commercial site produced by French company Holbein & Hilliard that also contains interesting news articles about art.
 ArtSource Art Journals Online Links to a wide variety of international online art journals
eSpectra eSpectra is the online news portal of the Museum Computer Network. Primarily a listing of online resources and news of importance to MCN members and the museum, archive, and library computing communities at large, the site also features job listings and analyses of how digital technologies are transforming the art world.  Edited by Leslie Johnston at the Harvard Design School. 
Nineteenth-Century Art Worldwide Published by the Association of Historians of Nineteenth-Century Art (AHNCA)—an affiliate of the College Art Association (CAA), Nineteenth-Century Art Worldwide is "the world's first scholarly, refereed e-journal devoted to the study of nineteenth-century painting, sculpture, graphic arts, photography, architecture, and decorative arts across the globe." Good coverage of visual art developments happening in places other than western Europe and the United States.
Tout-fait / Marcel Duchamp Studies Online Journal
Published by CyberArtSciencePress, the publishing branch of the not-for-profit Art Science Research Laboratory, Inc. (ASRL) in New York. Publishing a wide range of multidisciplinary articles on Duchamp and his life, this online journal is peer reviewed. Publishes the work of younger scholars in addition to a troupe of well-known scholars such as Stephen Jay Gould and Arthur Danto.
