Abraham Sutzkever is considered the preeminent Yiddish poet of the post-Holocaust era. In addition, for forty-five years, he served as editor of the outstanding Yiddish literary journal Di Goldene Keyt [The Golden Chain]. This bilingual, Yiddish and English edition, with six drawings by the artist Ed Colker, was published on the occasion of the author's ninetieth birthday. Stanford has one of ninety copies printed.
