SSRC: Access & Circulation
The Social Sciences Resource Center (SSRC) is located on the first
floor of the Green Library Bing (West) Wing. Access to the Center is via the Green Library South (facing
Meyer Library) and West (facing the Quad) portals. Hours may vary for availability of facilities, resources
and services.
Circulation
Policies
Selected
materials within the Center and in the Jonsson Library of Government
Docoumentscan be checked out at the Green Library (East Wing) Loan
Desk. Users should present a current, valid borrower's
card for all circulation transactions. Green
Library circulation policies apply. Materials should be returned
to the Green Library Loan Desk or to a Green Library book return
drop.
Loan Periods
In general, resource materials located in the Jonsson Reading Room
and in the Center's Reception area do not circulate. However, the
following SSRC collections circulate for a loan period of 28-days:

Visitors
Individuals who wish to use materials in the Social Sciences Resource
Center (SSRC) and who are not affiliated with Stanford University
or with an institution that has formal cooperative arrangements,
should register in person at the Privileges Desk in the Cecil H.
Green Library during regular business hours (Monday through Friday,
8:00am to 5pm). During evenings and weekend hours, visitors may
sign in at one of the Green Library Portals and request a registration
form to complete at that time. Detailed
