Edition Corvey: English Language Novels of the 18th & 19th Centuries
The Collection
Microfiche edition of the Englischsprachige Literatur portion of the
Edition Corvey, collected by Victor Amadeus, the Landgrave of Hesse-Rotenberg
(1779-1834). The collection of 2,221 titles contains a wide range of
novels written by major and minor novelists of the Romantic Period, and
is particularly notable for its inclusion of rare and unrecognized works
of popular fiction that can be found no where else.
