Projekt Gutenberg
The largest collection of German literature on the Internet. Texts are organized for reading online with longer works divided into chapters. The entire database can be searched for words and phrases, but a search cannot be limited to a single work or author.
 
lyrikline
Collection of German-speaking poets gathered together in a sound archive. Each poet is represented by several poems, with audio recordings as well as portraits and bibliographies.
 
Bielefeld University Library, Germany
A collection of digitized texts, most of which are in German. English titles include Thomas More's Gilbert Stuart's A View of Society in Europe..., and The Works of William Shakespeare.

Franz Kafka Site 
Include a collection of Kafka's (mainly short) works in full-text, in the original German, plus English, Spanish, Russion, Finnish, and Portuguese translations, as well as other Kafka related articles and links. One of the premiere online resources for information about Nietzsche, his life and writings. Includes 18 Complete Works in German , 4 Complete Works in English, 7831 Fragments from Nietzsche's Notebooks and Papers (in German), 10 Letters by Nietzsche (in English), a database of Nietzsche scholarship containing 1749 items, and one book reviews.
