RLCP Card Application Form for University of Texas at Austin


RLCP patrons from Stanford University and University of California, Berkeley do not complete this application form when requesting material from Stanford or UCB. Requests between Stanford and UCB are submitted directly using the RLCP Request Form.

Stanford and UC Berkeley patrons must complete the following three steps to borrow materials from UT Austin:

Step One: Apply for a UTA RLCP Card by completing the e-form below. All entries must be answered. Incomplete applications may be delayed or returned. The completed application form will be sent to your home institution.Your RLCP Card will normally be processed within two working days. A valid University ID is required to pick it up.

Stanford and UC Berkeley faculty and academic staff must renew their UTA RLCP Card annually. UCB graduate students must renew their UTA RLCP card each semester. Stanford graduate students must reapply for UTA RLCP privileges each quarter. UTA graduate students must complete the application below to borrow materials from or visit Stanford University or UC Berkeley.

After you have submitted the application, press your browser's back arrow, to complete steps two and three of UTA's RLCP Card application process.

Step Two: Establish your University of Texas, Austin electronic identification(UT EID). When creating UTA’s EID, patrons will link away from this web page.

Step Three: After creating the EID, patrons must e-mail their EID to UTA’s Circulation Department to finish the registration process.

Reminder: After completing UTA’s application process, patrons should be able to submit RLCP requests within two workdays not including weekends.
