In this half-day workshop, we will explore the use of antibody modeling-related tools available through Schrödinger's interface for biologics modeling, BioLuminate. Topics covered include structural modeling, aggregation hot spot prediction, residue scanning, and affinity maturation. A short introduction to the BioLuminate interface will precede the antibody modeling portion of the training. More details on BioLuminate can be found at: https://www.schrodinger.com/BioLuminate/  About Schrödinger software at Stanford: http://library.stanford.edu/science/software/schrodinger
Speaker: Janet Paulsen, Schrödinger.
