Mathematics & Statistics Library

Circulation and returns

All Stanford faculty, students, and staff are eligible to borrow materials from the Math & Statistics Library upon presentation of their valid Stanford ID. Non-Stanford users may purchase borrowing privileges. Contact Access and privileges at Green Library, (650) 723-1492 or, for information about becoming a registered borrower and obtaining a valid library card.

Stanford faculty, students, and staff have full privileges according to the library's circulation policy. Those with purchased privileges may borrow books, technical reports, theses, and make photocopies from journals only. Privileges may be blocked due to fines, overdue or lost books, or because of an expired ID card.

The collections of the Math & Statistics Library and Falconer Biology Library are interfiled. The two collections have different policies regarding loan periods, overdue items, and fines. See Falconer Library circulation policies.

Your valid barcoded Stanford ID card is essential for checking out items from the library.
