Early Beethoven Recordings from Radio and Live Concerts
These recordings are in the Archive of Recorded Sound’s Non-Commercial Discs Collection. They are recorded primarily on lacquer discs from the 1930s through early 1950s and contain many performances never issued to the general public. The discs are in remote storage and require 1-3 days to be paged to the Stanford campus. To hear these recordings, please contact the Archive staff.
