After 38 years of exceptional service, Peter Kim will be retiring from Stanford University Libraries January 4, 2016. We in Acquisitions are extremely sad to say farewell but are grateful for all he has done for the department and SUL.

The Stanford Libraries will be operating on a reduced schedule during Winter Intersession and during the Stanford Winter Closure period.
A few libraries will be open reduced hours on January 3. All libraries will resume regular hours on Monday, January 4, 2016. See the library hours for the week of January 3-9, 2016 for details.
If you will be away from campus during the holiday period, remember to set up your browser for off-campus access to library resources.
Because of the University's Winter Closure from December 21, 2015 - January 1, 2016, blog articles submitted for SUL News will be published on the following schedule:
- Articles submitted by 11:00 am, Wednesday, December 16 will be reviewed and published by December 16. An email announcement listing recent articles will be distributed on that day.
- Any articles submitted after the announcement email on December 16 - January 3, will be reviewed and published on Monday, January 4, 2016
The next SUL News email announcement listing recent articles will be distributed on Wednesday, January 6, 2016.
