Opening on April 3rd, an exhibition of architectural models created by Stanford students in Intermediate Studio will be on display. Taught by Allison Williams in winter quarter 2014, the students' assignment was to design the future School of Architecture to be located on the Stanford campus, near the Panama Street and Via Ortega intersection. Curated by Veronica Stamats, a sophomore majoring in Architectural Design (AD), this exhibition features ten models, including her own. She says that last year’s model show inspired her to declare an AD major!

You may have seen the article in the Stanford Report yesterday about the critical security vulnerability that Apple announced on Feb.21. This vulnerability has been addressed in the following ways:
1) All managed Macs have had the patch installed on them;
2) we are still in the process of having all Stanford-owned iPad\iPhone users update their devices.
If you don't know if you have a managed or unmanaged Mac, please contact your Expert Partner or me (firstname.lastname@example.org). If you are working on an unmanaged Mac, you need to install the patch on your computer, unless you have installed BigFix and are using it to keep your computer updated.
A new exhibition has just opened at the Music Library entitled Treasures from the Archive of Recorded Sound, on show through August 14. The exhibition was curated and installed by the Archive of Recorded Sound's Interim Operations Manager, Benjamin Bates, who describes the content and theme of the exhibit in more detail.
