Also note that registration requires an extra step beyond that required for a regular HIP Fitness class. This is because your WoW class is listed separately from regular HIP classes and is not advertised to all Stanford employees. See specific directions below on how to find your WoW class.
- Go to the Health Improvement Program website
- Click on Register Here towards the center of the page.
- Click on Wellness on Wheels near the bottom of the page.
- Enter your class code: Monday: glym-01, Wednesday: glyw-01.
