Basic yoga class will be returning to Green Library, Wednesdays 5:15 pm to 6:05 pm, beginning September 23. Registration will open Sept. 9. This is a slow-paced, gentle class, including stretching, strengthening, and breathing. It's great for beginners, and the instructor offers modifications of the poses for more advanced students.
This is a Wellness-on-Wheels class, primarily for library staff and staff of the GSE. But we usually have a few spaces open, so bring a friend.
