Pamela C. Gomez is the new Circulation & Collection Processing Specialist at Branner Library. Gomez will be focusing on circulation and course reserves, oversee the receiving of new serials, monographs and gifts, processing bindery and repairs, and providing basic reference help to patrons. This position is a combination of one previously held by Carlin Otto (recently retired) and part of Tamar Ravid's position which evolved to work primarily with maps.
Pam comes to Stanford Libraries with a wealth of library experience, she has worked in both public and academic libraries for 12 years, including at the Martin Luther King Jr. Library at San Jose State University, and at the San Jose Public Library, where she still works part-time.
Pamela holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Creative Arts from San Jose State University.
