I coordinate strategic planning efforts within the Libraries, implement programs to advance those plans, and coordinate projects across departments.  I have a strong public role, representing the Libraries and advocating for library programs both within the University and in global settings. This includes work on copyright issues, outreach to faculty, and coordination wth advisory groups.  However, I also work at the operational level, managing capital and departmental projects.
