Princeton, N.J. : Films for the Humanities, c2003.Robert Pinksy, Poet Laureate of the U.S. for a third term, finds his inspiration in common things, transforming the culturally unpoetic into masterpieces of verbal expression. In this program, Pinsky does readings of several of his poems. In addition, Bill Moyers and Pinsky discuss topics including Pinsky's love of the English language, the pervasive influence of history, and the flourishing of poetry on the Internet.
