New database trial: Party and Government Documents in English

PGDiE

From April 9 through May 9, 2018, Stanford users will have trial access to a newly released database entitled Party and Government Documents in English.

Party and Government Documents in English (PGDiE) is a unique collection of official documents in English, covering various levels of the Chinese government, the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the National People's Congress (NPC) from 1921 onwards.

This is a new database that is currently still in its Beta version. Users may experience some issues in terms of coverage and system functions, which should be resolved in a few months.

Please let us know what you think about this database and its usefulness for your research or teaching activities by sending feedback to Josh Capitanio at the East Asia Library.
