The Stanford Department of Public Safety will be presenting their Active Threat Training at Green Library (IC Classroom). The training consists of a video presentation followed by a discussion about how individuals can increase their safety in violent situations. The session will be offered twice:

  • Tuesday, May 15th, 10 - 11 am
  • Thursday, May 24th, 2 - 3 pm

All Libraries staff are welcome to attend, but due to space constraints enrollment is limited to 45 per session. Please email Jacob Cohn with your date preference to reserve your place. If you cannot attend, the Department of Public Safety has active threat resources on their website. Additional sessions or onsite training may be scheduled in the future.
