Concierge 50: SU Press

January 7, 2019
Ellie Buckley
Concierge Keys

Join us as we kick off 2019 with a presentation on Stanford University Press. Alan Harvey will give a brief history of the Press and an overview of their operations in Redwood City, with focus on recent developments within the book publishing industry at large. Specific programs, such as the Stanford Briefs, Redwood Press, and supDigital (the Press' new program of interactive scholarly works) will also be explored.

The presentation will be offered twice in the East Asia Library, Room 224. We are also excited to offer a Zoom option (Monday session only)--our first Concierge Zoom session!

  • Monday, Jan. 14th 3:30-4:30 pm (Zoom available!)
  • Wednesday, Jan. 16th 10:30-11:30 am (This session will be video recorded.)

Please sign up for one of the sessions on Canvas. First, enroll in the Concierge Project's Canvas “course” if you haven’t done so yet. Then sign up for a session under the People > Groups tab. You don't need to sign up to attend via Zoom.
