Concierge 52: Library Systems: Going behind the scenes

March 20, 2019
Ellie Buckley
Concierge Keys

Join us to learn how Library Systems is involved behind the scenes in almost every aspect of library operations--from acquisition to circulation of library materials, automated fund reports, metadata uploads to SearchWorks, and even grant funded projects like LD4P. The Library Systems team and liaisons will discuss key unit functions, including management of SirsiDynix Symphony Workflows.

Is there something you’d really like to know about Library Systems but have never had the chance to ask? Submit your discussion questions or comments ahead of time.

  • Tuesday, April 2, 2-3 pm, EAL 224. This session will also be available via Zoom.
  • Wednesday, April 3, 10-11 am, EAL 224.

Both sessions will be video recorded. Please sign up for one of the sessions on Canvas. First, enroll in the Concierge Project's Canvas “course” if you haven’t done so yet. Then sign up for a session under the People > Groups tab. You don't need to sign up to attend via Zoom; Zoom link will be announced via Canvas 30 minutes prior to the first session.
