April 16, 2020

East Asia Library

In order to assist users during the shelter-in-place period, the East Asia Library has obtained temporary access to a number of new Chinese databases.

These newly accessible databases include several newspaper and magazine archives, government documents, historical books and other primary sources, Chinese theses and dissertations, and several new collections of stone inscriptions.  New databases will continue to be added throughout Spring Quarter.  Most databases will be available to Stanford users until the end of June.
