The early 19th century textbook collection, dating from 1800 to the middle of 19th century, is a rare and valuable collection of historical textbooks that do not circulate, but may be used in Special Collections. They have call numbers beginning with O.TX. For access to this collection, please consult Cubberley Library staff (cubberley@stanford.edu). (Note: We have transferred titles published before 1800 to Special Collections.)
Late 19th and twentieth century elementary and secondary school textbooks may be checked out. This collection is housed in the Stanford Auxiliary Library. These books have call numbers beginning with TX.
