This workshop provides an introduction to the Python programming language: basic syntax, variable assignment, functions, data import, and how to understand error messages and find help. You will learn enough Python to perform common tasks and explore the rich environment of Python packages available. 

This is a Hybrid workshop! Upon registering you can select to attend in-person (Velma Denning Room, 120F Green Library) or via Zoom.
