Most people have learned to use text searching to answer questions generating hundreds of answers where only a few are relevant. Reaxys has a much more powerful tool to conduct comprehensive but focused complicated searches with a simple graphical interface.  We will look at developing bioactive structure searches. We will use the tool to find bioactivity properties of compounds.  We will use this tool to search for targets. There is also a heatmap which will show the affinity of compounds to targets  We will also look at the retrosynthetic tool.
We will cover:

  • Query Builder
  • Bioactive Compound Searching
  • Bioactive Properties
  • Target Searching
  • Heat Map
  • Retrosynthetic Tool
