In Part 3, you will learn basic machine learning terminology and practice its application through:

• An ordinary least squares (OLS) regression "by hand" example
• A logicstic regression example

You will also learn how to prepare text for use in machine learning algorithms through use of:

• Document encoding
• Dotument-term matrix
• Bag of words model
• Term-frequency inverse document frequency (TF-IDF)
