The Ute & Bill Bowes Art & Architecture Library at dusk.

The Ute & Bill Bowes Art & Architecture Library was featured this week in Stanford News:

"Trees and thoughts go together; the students there, and me, too, are alone with our thoughts, away from the street, and the mind branches like the trees do. The feeling of being off the ground – of being levitated, even among all those heavy, heavy books – is something I love about Bowes.”

Kathleen Sullivan, Stanford News writer, takes her readers on A stroll through the Bowes Art & Architecture Library.

Stanford Libraries' Assistant University Archivist Josh Schneider has been appointed to the American Archivist Editorial Board. The Society of American Archivists (SAA) promotes the value and diversity of archives and archivists.
