Join your SUL and Stanford colleagues for the 8th Annual Cardinal Walk on Friday, May 9th from 11:30-1:30.  Show your support and appreciation for the Wellness culture on campus and have fun.

Healthy lifestyle ---> healthy body and healthy mind --> happiness and productivity!!! Walk for happiness!!

Event schedule:
11:30 a.m. - Music and light refreshments
12:05 p.m. - Provost opening comments
12:10 p.m. - Walk begins

The first 2,000 participants will receive a free T-shirt.

Please wear comfortable shoes and bring a hat.
