It gives me great pleasure to announce that D. Vanessa Kam will be coming to Stanford University Libraries (SUL) as Head Librarian of the Bowes Art & Architecture Library in September of 2016.

A group of 18 high calibre trainees have been selected to undertake an intensive software engineering training programme at South Eastern Regional College (SERC) of Northern Ireland following the launch of the HighWire Academy. The HighWire Academy is a challenging five-week training programme focusing on the development of level three ICT and key development skills with a strong focus on Drupal, PHP, open source content management systems, and Linux.
