Google Analytics

Stanford University Library websites are instrumented with Google Analytics to analyze site traffic and usage.  These data are critical for our ongoing improvement of the sites.  View instructions on how to prevent Google Analytics from collecting data from your browser session


The Stanford University Libraries is conducting a website usability study of and SearchWorks during the period between March 27 through June 26, 2013.  The goal of this study is to help us improve the design and usability of these websites by analyzing quantitative and behavioral data on how visitors use the sites.  During this period we will be using a service called Mouseflow to collect data on mouse movements, mouse clicks, scroll actions and keystrokes.
