As the Director of Finance and Strategy, I oversee the finance and facility operations for the Libraries, including the University Press. That includes managing annual budget and financial cycles, procurement, research administration, facilities services, and capital planning. I also serve as an advisor for the leadership team, applying strategic thinking to optimize resource allocations and using analytical approach to solve operational problems. My teams aim to provide prudent stewardship for library and university resources, including funding, space, and people, streamline administrative and planning processes for the organization, and bring excellent service support for library staff.
