Users will be satisfied with ease of use Measure this with surveys and interviews

  • Determine Tech Team "owner" of the project?
  • Purchase 3D printer - what model?
  • Determine 3D software to be added to the image
  • Find and setup computer to be attached to printer
    • What image (OS, etc.)?
  • Write up entire assessment to present to Dirs, Librarians who will be testing
  • Provide advertising (Opportunities paragraph) to SULAIR News
  • Provide testing locations with:
    • training for using printer and attached computer
    • ideas for signage
    • checklist of questions for users
    • deadline for testing (same length of time for each location?)
    • determine how machine setup will be moved from location to location
  • Write up questionnaire and determine format for it
    • if survey, who will create it?
    • if drupal questionnaire site, who will create it?
  • Determine how to present feedback to stake holders and interested parties
    • do we want to put something in SULAIR News?
