Requesting digitization services

General digitization services

For general SUL duplication services, please consult the "Print, copy, scan" page, or the "Scan to PDF service" page. Library patrons and other researchers seeking digital copies of materials in SUL collections are advised to contact public service staff of the relevant library. To contact a library, refer to this listing of SUL branches, departments, and other collection access points.

Services available for SUL Staff

SUL digitization services are available to SUL staff. Visit our Digitization Services page for detailed information about how SUL staff can request digitization services (access is restricted).

Services available for the broader community

Digitization services are typically focused on collections held by Stanford Libraries, however we do support projects for other campus departments and occasionally for the broader community as well.  Please feel welcome to get in touch with us using our Contact Form to discuss your ideas further.

Departments or others looking for video duplication services should contact Stanford Video.
