WAML 2016

The Western Association of Map Libraries 2016 Annual Meeting will be held Wednesday, September 7th through Saturday, September 10th, 2016, at Stanford University in Palo Alto.  Hosted by Stanford University Libraries, the meeting will provide two full days of programming, along with our traditional business meetings, and a fieldtrip.

The David Rumsey Map Center is located in Bing Wing of the Green Library (557 Escondido Mall). The entrance is located off of the second floor of the Rotunda. Proceed through the door to the stairwell and up to the fourth floor entrance.

Parking and Transportation

There are several visitor parking lots on campus. These are pay by the hour lots. ($1.50/hr)

The Stanford Marguerite shuttles provide free service from the Palo Alto Caltrain station to the campus. The 'P' (Palm Drive/Caltrain) shuttle leaves every 10 minutes from the station and drops off at the traffic oval.
