Green Library: David Rumsey Map Center and Stanford University Archives Treasure Tours
Green Library is the largest library on campus, and is home to the main humanities and social science collections. Green Library is also home to the David Rumsey Map Center and the University's archive collection.
The David Rumsey Map Center combines world-class collections of antiquarian maps and atlases with modern digital cartographic technologies. Tour the Center with a curator and view the historic architecture of the Bing Wing of Green Library, which celebrated its centennial in 2019. This tour has a 50 person maximum.

The Stanford University Archives collects, preserves, and makes available the historical records of the university and of Stanford community members. Come examine the Archives’ unique treasures and learn about the history of Stanford. This tour has a 30 person maximum.
Tours meet at the entrance of Green Library, Bing Wing:
