Socrates Availability: August 30-31, 2008

During a period of maintenance, Socrates will be switched to a backup version for the following dates and times:

Saturday, August 30, 9:00 pm (PDT)

through

Sunday, August 31, Noon (PDT)

The backup version of Socrates allows searching, but some features, listed below, will not be available. If you have questions, please use the Ask Us link in the toolbar on any SULAIR Web page to send a message to SULAIR staff.

• My Account

  The backup database does not contain current circulation data, so access to your records cannot be provided online. You will need to wait until the production system returns to service before you can renew your items online.

• Recently Added Records

  Records added within the last few days may not be included in the backup database. If you don't find an item, please search again after the production database is restored.

• Requests and Paging

  You cannot recall items, page them from off-campus locations, or use other request features in the backup version of Socrates.
