About the Psychology collection

Our collections in Green Library emphasize affective, cognitive, developmental, and social psychology as well as neuroscience. If you seek psychology's impact on education, those materials are collected by the Education Library, and psychiatry would be found in the Lane Medical Library. While there are exceptions such as Claude Steele's Whistling Vivaldi and Carol Dweck's Mindset , most research in psychology can be found in journal articles which makes databases so important in finding the right articles. You may also contact our subject librarian with any questions you might have, and she would be happy to meet with you in person or via Zoom.
